LUCIA FOOTWEAR CO. REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
All Products and Services: Once an order is placed through Lucia Footwear, the full process of providing you the proper information, obtaining the proper footwear or equipment to be used as the artwork canvas, securing materials, funds, labor, scheduling, preparing the equipment for customization, and the work process on the equipment being customized is all processed at once and depending on the situation, seamlessly. Therefore, there is no cancelation or refunds on any orders placed for any reason whatsoever. Once you place an order, you agree to our Terms of Service and must accept the full responsibility of doing so.
Custom Footwear: Because each and every custom artwork order is made-to-order, there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges on any custom product at all. This policy is non-negotiable. If you feel there has been a problem with your custom order, please Contact Us and we will be happy to address the issue properly.
If you placed a Rush Order, and the order is not fulfilled and delivered by the date agreed upon, your rush fee is refundable and a 20% coupon will be emailed as a courtesy for your next order.
Merchandise: You may exchange your Merchandise for a different size at any time as long as the item has not been worn and is returned new with the original tags and packaging. Any item mailed in for exchange that is not in this condition will not be exchangeable.
