Reservations & Cancellation Policy
• All RSVPs must be submitted no later than 1 week before the event date. Reservations cannot be accepted after this date.
• Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable but will receive a credit toward a future Lucia Footwear Co. event or project.
Participant Policy
• Due to space and supplies being prepared in advance, each attendee must have their own reservation. No guests, siblings, or additional participants may attend without registration.
Arrival Time
• Please arrive on time to get the full experience. Class instruction will begin promptly. Late arrivals are welcome to join; however, class activities will not be delayed, repeated, or extended for late arrivals.
This is a drop-off event unless otherwise specified. Parents/guardians are not required to remain on-site.
Pickup Policy
• Parent/guardian pickup is requested by 8:30 PM. Please notify us if an unexpected delay occurs.
Food & Allergy Notice
• Pizza and light snacks will be provided during the event. Please notify us in advance of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. If your child has severe allergies or dietary concerns, we recommend bringing approved snacks or dinner from home. While reasonable care will be taken, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Paint & Clothing Notice
• Sneaker customization involves the use of paints and art materials. While care will be taken to keep the workspace clean, paint and other materials may transfer to clothing or personal belongings. Please wear clothing suitable for painting. Aprons and gloves will be provided but are not guaranteed to fully protect clothing.
Photo & Video Release
• Photos and videos may be taken during the event and used for marketing, website, and social media purposes. If you prefer that your child not appear in photos or videos, please email us prior to the event.
