SHIPPING

All tracking information and photos will be sent to you once the project is completed, prior to being mailed back to you. Once your item(s) is shipped out of our facility, Lucia Footwear Co. is no longer responsible for the misplacement or mishandling of your order. Each shipment will be insured to the full respected value of the order, product and customization in all. We will follow up with the stated shipping provider if your order is lost and contact you ASAP with updates. All orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS depending on requested shipping speed and destination.
