This mock-up is an individual service separate from an actual custom footwear order. It is an optional add computer-illustrated preview.
*ACTUAL CUSTOMIZATIONS MAY BE ADJUSTED BASED ON PLACEMENT/SIZING FACTORS OR OTHER DESIGN SPECIFICS. THE MOCKUP IS SIMPLY A PREVIEW AND WILL BE MEANT TO SHOW THE DESIGN CONCEPT AND LAYOUT AS ACCURATE AS POSSIBLE WITHOUT ACCOUNTING FOR INDIVIDUAL PAIR VARIABILITY OR LATER ADJUSTMENTS IN DESIGN DETAILS.*
Each mockup is allowed ONE revision or some reasonable small revisions. Each additional view or full re-design process requires the purchase of another full mock-up.
There are no returns, refunds, or additional credits given on mock-ups.
You MUST discuss with Lucia Footwear through social media or email about the design specifications and costs of the project before checking out prior to placing one of these orders.
Terms of the mock-up service are subject to change based on discussed agreements regarding each individual client or project.
